At SYRI, we aim to dispatch your pieces with care and efficiency. All orders are shipped from Canberra, Australia, using trusted services such as Australia Post and EasyShip. While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, please note that occasional delays can occur due to external factors beyond our control.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Australia)

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. Signature on delivery may be required for Express parcels.

PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMES

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our Canberra studio. This timeframe is in addition to any stated shipping durations. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
