Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items. This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We encourage customers to contact us prior to purchase with any questions regarding sizing, fit, or fabrication.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at syri@syristudios.com, including:

• Your order number
• Clear images of the fault
• A brief description of the issue

All claims are assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law. Where a fault is confirmed, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered. Faults resulting from general wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered manufacturing faults.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on full-priced items, subject to availability. To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags intact
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Once your return is received and approved, a replacement item will be dispatched. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
